An event to commemorate the Battle of Brandywine, there will be military encampments, battle reenactments, demonstrations, and interactive programs that bring the 1777 campaign to life.

The Harriton Farmstead Fair is held annually on the last Saturday in September. Fun for the whole family the Fair includes games, food & beverage vendors, live music, farm animals, birds-of-prey, craft vendors, living history demonstrations, house tours and the highly anticipated Attic Treasures Sale. Admission and parking are FREE!

American defenders successfully repelled a Hessian assault on Fort Mercer along the Delaware River. The event features battle reenactments, military encampments, and living history demonstrations.

This event commemorates the time from November 2 to December 11, 1777 when General George Washington and the Continental Army were encamped in the Whitemarsh Hills. Continental and British soldier re-enactors and living history events.

American soldiers withstood weeks of British bombardment during the Philadelphia Campaign of 1777. The event features military encampments, artillery and musket demonstrations, and battle reenactments.

This is the first of the two annual crossing reenactments, held several weeks before the more widely attended Christmas Day crossing.

In addition to the Crossing reenactment, the Historic Village will feature a full day of activities and demonstrations that highlight 18th-century civilian and military life, offering fun and learning for the whole family. Food vendors will also be on site.

During the event, several hundred reenactors in Continental military dress listen to an inspiring speech by General Washington and then row across the river in replica Durham boats. This year marks the 250th Anniversary of the Crossing which took place on Christmas Night 1776.

The battles at Trenton are reenacted in a single day.

The 1st battle is at 11AM along Warren and Broad Streets. However, we march out from the Old Barracks Museum.

The 2nd battle begins at 3PM and occurs between State Street and Mill Hill Park beginning with a short commemorative ceremony at the 1st Presbyterian Church (120 E State Street). The majority of the reenactment takes place in Mill Hill Park, corner of Front and Broad Streets.
